EF600 Sample Plates

A number of fixed sample heads to accomodate different cryocontainers are available for the EF600.

EF600-100 Designed for use with CBS high security straws, can also be used with any other straw of 2.8 mm diameter. Capacity of 16 CBS straws on the sample plate. Widely used for human and veterinary IVF.

EF600-101 For use with standard straws 2 mm in diameter, can also be used with any other straw of 2 mm od, the sample plate accomodates 16 straws. Used widely for cryopreservation of mouse and other transgeneic embryos.

EF600-102 Standard Cryovials (12.0 mm diameter) 1.8 ml fill volume, capacity of 55 cryovials on the sample plate. Used routinely for the cryopreservation of tissue culture cells, PBMCs, stem cells etc

EF600-103 Flat plate employed for a number of research applications including materials science and crystallography

EF600-104 For the cryopreservation of a single Baxter cryocyte bag (R4R9951) with a recommmende fill volume of 10-20 ml. With applications in cord blood cryopreservation

EF600-105 To accomodate 1 x SBS format plate, microtitre plate, matrix tubes etc
