Asymptote EF100

Asymptote’s controlled rate liquid nitrogen freezers are suitable for human and veterinary IVF applications.

The EF100 freezer is pre-programmed with the industry standard protocol for the cryopreservation of embryos (Lassalle, B., Testart, J. and Renard, J.P. (1985) Fertility and Sterility, 44, 645-651).

The SF100 freezer is pre-programmed with a protocol for the cryopreservation of spermatozoa. Trials of the protocol resulted in considerably improved recovery on thawing of human spermatozoa compared with vapour freezing or conventional linear cooling.
